Galaxy Chocolate Bar Milkshake with Whipped Cream | Cater Creams Recipes

Ingredients (serves 2):

  • 2 Galaxy chocolate bars (42g each)

  • 2 cups (480ml) whole milk (or semi-skimmed if you prefer lighter)

  • 4 scoops vanilla ice cream

  • Whipped cream (for topping)

  • Chocolate syrup (optional, for drizzling)

  • Grated chocolate or crushed Galaxy chunks (optional, for garnish)


Instructions:

  1. Melt the chocolate

    • Break the Galaxy bars into pieces.

    • Place in a microwave-safe bowl and melt in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Let it cool slightly so it’s warm, not hot.

  2. Blend the milkshake

    • In a blender, add the melted Galaxy chocolate, milk, and vanilla ice cream.

    • Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. Assemble

    • Drizzle a little chocolate syrup inside your glass (optional).

    • Pour in the milkshake.

  4. Top it off

    • Generously add whipped cream on top.

    • Garnish with grated chocolate, crushed Galaxy chunks, or a drizzle of chocolate syrup.

  5. Serve immediately

    • Add a straw or long spoon and enjoy your indulgent treat!

 

Tropical Sunset Fruity Cocktail

Ingredients (serves 1):

  • 50ml white rum (or vodka if you prefer)

  • 100ml pineapple juice

  • 50ml orange juice

  • 15ml grenadine syrup

  • Ice cubes

  • Fresh fruit slices (orange, pineapple, or lime) for garnish

  • Mint sprig (optional, for garnish)


Instructions:

  1. Prepare the glass

    • Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.

  2. Mix the base

    • In a shaker, add the rum (or vodka), pineapple juice, and orange juice.

    • Shake well for 10–15 seconds.

  3. Pour & layer

    • Strain the mixture into your prepared glass over ice.

    • Slowly pour the grenadine down the side of the glass. It will sink to the bottom, creating a beautiful sunset effect.

  4. Garnish & serve

    • Garnish with fresh fruit slices and a sprig of mint.

    • Serve with a straw and enjoy your tropical, fruity cocktail!
